With over 25 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to learning, collaborating, and driving meaningful improvements as an educator and leader. The dynamic field of educational administration demands expertise in instructional best practices, the ability to elevate teacher efficacy, and a deep understanding of student behavior.
My extensive knowledge of curriculum and instruction, coupled with experience in facilitating professional learning and coaching for both teachers and administrators, positions me as a forward-thinking leader. Additionally, my background as a mental health provider equips me with a unique perspective on student and staff well-being, making me an administrator well-suited for today’s evolving educational landscape.
